The pay is pretty good and so are the benefits. The facilities are beautiful and it’s a high-end business.

Cons

Executive leadership is not dependable, often misleads staff with false promises and hopes. There is a lack of stability within the company, from the top down, and there have been excessive layoffs and facility closures.

Absolutely nothing. This is the worst place to work you can think of - actually it is way worse than you could imagine.

No structure Lying leadership Terrible tech Old hardware Doctors leaving Staff is abysmal to deal with and terrible to one another The company is a fire sale. Please do not leave a good job or company to work at Kindbody, no matter what they tell you. It is all lies
