      Great place to learn, terrible place to stay

      Pros

      1. Generally helpful staff 2. Great place to learn but no specific structure 3. Dedicated to the families they serve

      Cons

      1. Terrible morale among experienced professionals; high turnover rate among professionals looking to grow/advance their careers. 2. Slow to support current (even past) trends in workflow efficiency. Increasing paperwork and decreasing time to do it! 3. No perks...none. We don't even get the federal rate for mileage. Forget a raise! (while upper management maintains salaries unheard of... look it up, its public data since Kindering is a non-profit)

      Heavy caseloads, work beyond hours, unclear communication from the exec team and never enough staff.
