To be successful here, you must come with a robust book of Business with ready-made relationships that will refer to you fast, because they are referring to YOU, not to Kindful. (yet). This is a relatively new-er company and because the admission expectations are lower, you will need to make those happen faster. This is not necessarily a "con" however, if you are new to this industry without contacts, you will not have time to gain traction before your ramp period expires (given the competitive nature of the hospice industry in Texas.)

The leadership teams only mission is to recruit patients. Once patients are recruited they are no longer a priority. The company cuts corners when it comes to providing care and has a lack of ethics when it comes to caring her terminally ill. The company fails to provide the family/patient with the care they deserve.There is no work/life balance and leadership micromanages .
