Great Staff, Involved Families, Friendly Environment. All of the teachers work hard and really care. Students are focused and hard working.
Cons
This is mostly related to dealings I've had concerning salary and contractual issues. I was hired with the understanding I would be paid a specified amount of yearly salary, however the payment schedule in my contract did not reflect that. I inquired several times with the owner who assured me that I would be paid the balance at the end of the year. This did not happen, and in his defense he cited the language in the contract, which although I did agree to, it was also with this verbal understanding concerning the final contract amount. I was also told about the school not being able to afford to keep me a couple of weeks before the end of the school year, as well as that I wasn't needed for summer school which I was also promised (based on enrollment of course), so I would advise a potential employee to clarify all of this at the point of an offer.
