Pros

Flexible work hours. Great work atmosphere among colleagues. Able to watch free films.

Cons

Poor staff - management communications and little respect. Bad infrastructure (expl. no air conditioning) meaning over 30 degrees C. during summer. No proper location for staff during break.

Superiors instantly recognize people willing to work hard and do a little extra. Pay is decent. A lot of different jobs to do, never really get bored

Cons

Late hours if you're not a night person (for me it was perfect though). They do expect a lot of hours from students.

Take good note of the hours you work because they will try to pay you less. Th flexibility of the working hours is only as good as you are strong to say no when they call you to come to come to work for the n'th time in the same week
