No micromanaging, on time pay but not permanent work from home

There's no micromanaging as long as your client is okay working with you. On time pay. Support team is responsive. Easy to use platform.

Cons

I got a bad review from client that I dont agree with. And I wasnt given a chance to work again with Kinetic. The advertisement of permanent work from home is not true. There are bad clients of Kinetic that terminate people based on minor mistakes. I advise to people applying in work from home to apply in company with low attrition rate.
