- Almost 85-90% of employees came from agency so it is very hard to deviate from the agency mindset.
- Leaders and managers will brainwash you into thinking that they are not an agency, but ultimately the way most of them work, and manage employees, felt like you are in an agency.
- Most of the leadership team are old colleagues/friends with the bosses for many years
- It is always quantity>quality, no hires is fine as long as you get the numbers across to client. You have managers knocking on your door on a daily basis, micromanaging you and asking why you don't have any submissions.
- Your work at Kinetik will be limited to mostly pure sourcing and screening, there is no room for you to learn and you are doing the same thing over and over again.
- Expect backstabbing to happen, especially senior members who would like to cover themselves. Backstabbing, favoritism, and fake-it-till-you-make-it is the only way to get promoted.
- HR/admin is poor in Kinetik with no experienced HR person running the show. There is no concrete SOP for many things and it is shocking to see the lack of structure after 2 years of business
- Kinetik expect you to utilize all your leaves, but you will need to work harder the week before your leave. You will be asked by managers to work harder to compensate for the leave your are taking. (So what's the point of taking annual leaves?)
