There will always be a few good eggs in every basket, you make the best with what you have while you are there.
Cons
Terrible work environment. GM acted like a con man. consistently putting staff up against each other, trash talking everyone behind their backs.. of course he had his few favorites. Seems to a trend in the automotive business. "CEO" was absolutely useless and clueless of what was actually going on in "his" business.
