Pros

Good Pay, Free Coffee, Free Water

Cons

Management frequently spoke negatively about the owner’s wife, stating that she was difficult because she was firm, direct, and held employees accountable. There were daily venting sessions among management regarding the owner’s wife. Monday morning meetings were required for all employees, seemingly so the owner and his wife could monitor attendance. Friday afternoon meetings were also required for all employees, seemingly for the same purpose: to see who was present and who headed out early on a Friday.

Pros

learned a lot about the industry, fun people

Cons

The CEO will suck the life out of you with unrealistic expectations, daily metrics, old school way of thinking. He loves to go on tirades and publicly humiliate the sales team. He goes on ranting about what would work only for the heads of sales to tell you to not listen to a word he says because he's wrong. His ego makes King Operating more like the Jay Young show. Most of the people are great, but he is a dictator.
