Pros

Compensation for management is great. Work/Family Balance Nonmanagement employees are good to work with.

Cons

Compensation for hourly and non-management is poor. Company is incapable of reaching financial goals. Raises are nonexistent. Bonus are identified but never given. Management is constantly changing because no one can meet unrealistic financial targets. New Manufacturing Director is incompetent and has caused a drop in productivity and turmoil among management staff.

They need to fire a manager

Pros

No pros at all there they hire automotive managers that think you can run any company like the automotive industry. And none of them last there

Cons

Managers there have no clue what's going on because they don't go out to the production floor to learn the process in the red book which is set in place. They have no incentive for employees to work together to get product out the door. The HR department took away bonus days and the ability to earn time back. They expect you to come to work everyday even weekends while they get unlimited time off. Not a good place to work thanks to the office personal that's on for themselves
