King and Partners has one design style that designers are expected to execute for the client, regardless of whether it meets their needs. If Strategy is completed (it wasn't always), it is rarely considered by directors who mindlessly push creatives toward an expected and luxury-adjacent outcome. Projects are structured so that the co-founders need to approve almost every presentation. However, their written feedback is rarely constructive, and it's nearly impossible to get them on a call.
