People on shop floor are great, clean environment

Low wage, no progression, cut corners, low quality training, stressful, no care for employees. I worked at this company for 2 years. I had 2 years of false promises in regards to progression. I’m a well driven individual and took on a role in which I trained myself to take on more responsibilities for as in testing, conformal coating, inspection and saw the product from start to finish. I got no accreditation for the work I did, somebody else actually did and was told unofficially if I keep it up there will be a pay rise and what a fool I was. I kept the work up and months went by with no pay review or anything as I had been conned into doing the role and the company never had intentions of giving me a rise. The HR in the company do not like questions which are well within the rights of the employees and will make you feel as if you have no right to question certain aspects of your concerns. The hassle was not worth the minimum wage that they make you feel you should be thankful for and they made you feel like a burden. My advice is to avoid this place as you will end up in a bad place mentally as they do not care for their employees or their welfare. I didn’t know I could write a review on here however after seeing I could I felt like I needed to do so to warn others of the reality of working here. If you want a career, progression and a future where you’re happy then this place is not for you. I spent 2 years at this company and couldn’t be any happier after leaving and walked into a job with so much better quality of life now and no longer feel down all the time and like I’m going nowhere in life. Only good thing is the shop floor employees who are brilliant people and do not sit on their high horse like the so called, ‘Management.’
