Easy work, great customers, overtime, benefits, fun and friendly coworkers.

Cons

It is almost impossible to move up in this company unless you are a friend or family member of someone in the home office or management. Lots of gossip and backstabbing. Not a team environment. Poor focus on customer service. Lazy management who spend the whole day gossiping and covering for each other.
