      The people are fantastic! the building is beautiful

      Cons

      lackluster to non-existent pay increases, broken promises from directorship, budgets and staffing consistently cut to save money then spent on benefits or new toys for the directors, The latest MD is ruining the company! if you go the "extra mile" once, it becomes expected as standard. Hard workers are punished by having to take on other's responsibilities.

      The other staff are truly great people to work with.

      Cons

      I've never worked for such awful people. The management will stab their staff in the back for even the slightest benefit to themselves. The Directors cultivate this behaviour from all levels of management and the owner would rather hire his "friend" to act as MD rather than someone qualified.
