progression within the company is great. progression in my team is limited.

Where do I begin? The team I worked in was full of individuals who were extremely two-faced. They would act one way in front of you, and another way when you weren't there. This was evident to me immediately where, when one member of the team would walk off, everyone would begin to talk about them. When that member returned and another walked away, they began to talk about the one who had left. Management used to often drive this and were happy to indulge in it themselves. They take your work for granted, change processes every 5 seconds, and create an extremely toxic environment for employees - then expect the business to thrive. Absolutely zero flexibility. They think judging with an iron fist is the way for a company to have happy employees. Having worked somewhere that isn't stuck in the 1980s, I can say that this definitely isn't the case. The career opportunities are horrendous and you can't progress even if you want to. The customers aren't happy either - take a look at their Google reviews.
