Pros

Some managers are good, but it is hit or miss. Great place if you are looking to only do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck.

Cons

Company culture is one of the worst I have ever seen. Everyone argues and fights about pretty much everything. There is a general notion of striving to achieve the bare minimum. Management is horribly inept. They ignore and argue against any idea of improvement despite the company showing continually poor numbers year over year. There is a general distrust of "outsiders" and their ideas. The place is also an HR and safety nightmare.

They are very top heavy.Too many people all doing the same job.For no reason. The Company is in Philadelphia.Middle management has a swinging door. They never hire within.Esp in manufacturing. No seasoned employees running Production.
