Expect to be micromanaged and given responsibilities that go beyond the assigned position and likely to affect employee performance reviews. Very high turnaround - during my time there I worked for 4 different CTOs and various IT managers.
Management picks on every little things. Yet, things are extremely unorganized, and Manager running around like headless chicken. On top of that, he delegating most of his responsibilities to his employees. I seen him throwing people under the bus for no reason.
Everything. You will get fired if you ask a question, your co-workers can say derogatory, comments and it is ok if they are tenured. Property unit is not like any other property unit. Do 1 thing wrong or you WILL be fired. Ask about turn-over and you will be surprised.
