Pros

Free snacks, coffee, good area to work in

Cons

The other reviews here speak for themselves. This company targets mostly young guys who are fresh out of college. With the promise to help you succeed. The are a wanna be wolf of all street company that expects you to sit there and make 200+ dials a day, lie to administrators on the phone in order to get through to prospects, and then if you do not make any appointments they will publicly humiliate you in front of the rest of the sales staff. In the interview they will act like you are landing such a prestigious position. They give you a fancy offer letter, and will give you free snacks and coffee during the day to mask the fact that they are absolutely using and abusing you. The turnover rate is higher than a fast food restaurant. Do yourself a favor and stay far and away from this so called company.

The frustration and disappointment is mutual. Unfortunately things don't always work out. At Kingsview Partners, we take all feedback seriously and remain committed to fostering a workplace that rewards accountability, hard work, and professional growth. While we respect every former employee’s right to share their experience, we also believe in setting the record straight when reviews misrepresent the reality of our workplace. All of our employees are given a clear representation of the job description, clear performance expectations, extensive training, and multiple opportunities to succeed but unfortunately the high standard we set for our clients is not easy for all employees to meet. Just as they found their experience frustrating, we did as well—especially when basic accountability was met with deflection instead of improvement. Unfortunately, this kind of response has become all too common among those who struggle with constructive feedback. While we understand that not every job is the right fit for every person, we also expect professionalism and personal responsibility. Rather than using anonymous online reviews to air grievances, we encourage individuals to reflect on how they can grow from challenges instead of blaming others. We are proud of the culture we’ve built—one that recognizes and rewards those who put in the effort, take ownership of their work, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. For those considering a career with us, we invite you to connect with current employees and read the many positive experiences from team members who have thrived in our company. — Kingsview Partners

Pros

Good base salary and located in a nice area in Fairfield CT

Cons

I have to say my experience here was like something out of a movie. Essentially you are thrown in front of a computer with a list of every advisor and told to call down the list for 10 hours plus a day and lie to their administrators to get through to them. On top of that management is breathing down your back yelling at you to argue with the advisors when they do get on the phone and have no interest. Not to mention if they don't like you as a person they will look to publicly fire you in front of your peers. Working here will most certainly make you question what you possibly could have been thinking accepting this job. There is 0 training done at this establishment you just become a glorified third world dialer and I feel bad for anyone that would have to experience what I did at Kingsview Partners in Fairfield which is why I felt writing this review is necessary.

Pros

I looked at this page out of curiosity because I worked as an admin for a short bit two years ago but when I saw the number of reviews gushing about this toxic waste hole all around March 6, 2025 I thought I'd call some stuff out right here. For those using these reviews to decide to work at KV, be weary when all the positive reviews (same date) say the same things and no advice for management. Also look at how they respond to bad reviews because its pretty petty on their part. Pros: good office and on the surface good coworkers and fun atmosphere.

Cons

I think I heard, "it's so good to finally have a woman in this office" too many times to be comfortable. I was told by a boss, COO, that they wanted me to be eyes and ears for her as she was in the Grant Pass office. This also made me very uncomfortable (I also didn't really do it). A few weeks in I had to explain to another boss, the CIO, that it's inappropriate to insult mental illness offhandledly. You never knows who might be suffering. I spent too much time and energy managing personalities and the butting heads of the fund managers. The CIO runs wild and has no personal accountability.
