      Pros

      - Fun environment. - It's rewarding to work on products helping disabled people.

      Cons

      - Defective management, irrational deadlines, ostrich style. - Software development nonsense. They develop medical devices without any software test and no automated build system. - Divas get promoted and you better agree with them. - Subpar holiday policy, they give the lowest amount of holiday the law permit. - Subpar salaries.

      Café et parking gratuit, spacieux , horaire flexible et télétravail possible avec portable fourni. Party de noel est excellent!

      Cons

      La culture d'entreprise s'est rapidement dégradé en début 2019. Accès sur les résultats et manque de jugement de la direction de niveaux faisabilité et ressources. Beaucoup de micro-gestion. Faible rétentions d'employés depuis 2019.

      Some of the best coworkers I've ever had Very bright people, such a great potential Very interesting field Good unimportant benefits: Friday beer, breakfast, coffee.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for projects Sub par important benefits (salary, insurance and day off) Management focused on products and investors, not people. High number of departures, the company is 14 years old, the average seniority of employees is <2 years. No real possibility of career opportunities
