Pros

On the ground staff are mostly nice. Comfortable amenities.

Cons

Not a progressive organisation in terms of ways of working, collaboration and employee experience. Days in office are for 'face time' and not based around outcomes (culture can be built remotely they just don't know how). Leadership lacks the basic skills needed to build trust or a positive culture. The CEO and several GMs are unapproachable and not open to feedback, despite saying otherwise. The turnover rate speaks for itself, if that many people are leaving, the problem isn't the staff

Pros

Ambition of the company is admirable, but has a long way to go to reach its ambitions as is hindered by its leadership.

Cons

Lower than industry renumeration Micromanagement culture that stems from leadership Supports a leadership team that actively participates in gossip, passive aggressiveness and exclusion of staff members. No career progression or development A company that says all the right things, but the employee experience is not aligned.
