Remote work, plenty of flexibility and great team members

Cons

The company went down hill when the tried to expand into other markets, resulting in mass layoffs at the end of 2023. The pressure and timelines and constantly changing priorities with reduced resources became a nightmare.

The company has only been going down since joining in 2022. There was an emphasis on transparency within company in words but nothing materialised. Very poor decision-making done by the board which had resulted in delayed and prolonged smaller layoffs following a big layoff at the end of the year with very minimal offers for voluntary separation. Very poor treatment of those being laid off with no opportunities to negotiate on anything. Felt as though some of the C suite were just not cut out for the job and the decision making of such scale, unfortunately.
