Pros
I was given a lot of flexibility and autonomy to complete my job, while still being supported by my manager and team. Kinvey has hired a great team of people who are smart, curious, and eager to create great work. It was fun to be a part of this exciting space of technology.
Cons
It is hard to think of anything, but I will say this is a start up. Someone who works here needs to be flexible to change and be able to keep up with speed of their fellow employees with out getting flustered or frustrated.
