Pros
Fairly flexible work/life balance, I feel like compensation is competitive.
Cons
Lack of direction, somewhat of a click like atmosphere at the clinic level. Consistently changing which can seem unstable and add stress to your employees. Entitlement within the company and at times it feels you are not treated fairly.

Pros
Work is being delegated which has taken the weight off of the people who started in the beginning doing everything. Regional manager is amazing.
Cons
New manager was just brought on who was a medical assistant formerly. It would be nice to not hear her gloat about how she now makes a 6 figure salary every other day. Bad management ruins companies, maybe the company should have paid attention to the pretentiousness of the person they hired for a lead position.
