      Pros

      Flexible hours, laid back work place and friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Young company. There is no structure or organization. Your efforts are often overlooked and motivation is non-existent. I agree with the other review that the CEO micromanages and does not allow room for his employees to grow or make decisions.
