Pros

No any pros in Kiprosh

Cons

Team leaders are not supportive , they always passing jokes on fresher or junior employees . On the basis of quarterly or monthly Management take reviews of employees from their respective seniors or Team leaders , if review is not good management directly fire to that employee. Mainly such cases are happened with Freshers and those employees having experienced of less than 2 yr. I request you to please don't go there and save your career. Very cheap work culture

Pros

No Pros from my side.

Cons

Being a senior ROR DEV, would like to share something. I had worked with the kiprosh almost around 3 years and unfortunately withdrawn myself with facing lot of controversies. I would not recommend to join Kiprosh if you don't want to become a full stack developer. At the other end, person can't work more than 2-3 years due to unsustainable work load and too open culture. Some seniors are really too short tempered, do not know how to talk to team and always show their tantrum. Always try to show how are silly and fool you are. They don't talk and treat juniors in right way. The disgusting thing is either management hasn't control over them OR afraid of doing the justice. On salary part, you will always get lesser than what you see on the offer letter. Are there any hidden cuttings ? Many times management failed to answer. I'm not sure where the take-away goes. Leave policy was so rubbish and you will see a real face of management once you resigned. Firstly, they would want to retain you and once they failed, they would start giving lot of work pressure and burden by the time you serve 3 months. They kept telling you the stories like they can sue you if you leave us early or don't serve full notice period. On the other hand, Goal-sheets are really wastage of time as they are never designed to be the reasonable at all. Also, I always being told about Onsite opportunities, but saw it happening only for some specific projects and people. You are always being judged on factors like how you communicate on chats, stories. How you contribute in more and more projects but be at technology, be at innovation, it doesn't matter how quality techgig you are and how creatively you do things...! You are always being jeopardize by floor sessions , articles, knowledge sharing. Ratings are always meeting expectations or less no matter till how late you are working OR you are investing your weekends. Doesn't matter at all. Comp-off concept doesn't exist, at-least never happened proactively in my career. Do we have anyone who had given a wowed performance ever. If yes then we would need an inspiration from them as in what kind of expectations are set here. Hope will never cross each other's path again.

Pros

I worked at Kiprosh for almost 7months and I can write on and on about the Pros this organisation has. It is an ideal organisation for every working individual who is wanting to maintain a good work life balance. There are these amazing points such as:- 1)Flexible Working Hours:- I have seen that in many companies, it is expected that all employees follow the office timings rigidly and they are also expected to complete their shifts and then only step out of the office even if an employee completes his/her work before the closing of office hours. But management here has never believed in this theory and has always given flexibility in office timings to everyone. Also they trust all their employees so much that they don't rigidly monitor the In and Out timings as per the attendance machine of all members in the office. 2)Work From Anywhere(WFA)- This policy is the best policy and it is planned perfectly as per the business needs. 3)Company Culture- It is so friendly and free that I never used to come to know when my day would start and come to an end so fast. The term "Employees" is never used here; all members working here are referred to as "Associates" only. 4)Compensation- It is perfect and competitive in the industry and definitely performance based. 5)Employee Engagement Activities- This is one thing which is I always used to look forward to. Fun Fridays, Picnics/Outings, Team Lunch, Celebration of Festivals, etc are simply commendable as not all companies give equal weightage to these activities. 6)Recognition and Rewards- There are Quarterly Awards and recognition which is keeping everyone boosted and motivated. The gifts distributed to all the members during any event or award ceremony are not just for the name sake but given with complete humble and gratitude outlook to appreciate the hard work of all the members. 7)Humble nature of Management- In today's world, its very rare to see that an owner of a company is always humble and genuine for the solving issues of his/her employees and also giving an unbiased opinion to all members which is of great help for one's individual growth. Hats off to Rohan Daxini for been such an awesome boss who actually never behaves like a boss and considers himself also as one of the members of the Team and wants that the individual goals of every associate goes hand in hand with the organisational growth.

Cons

There are no cons at all. In fact I'am really sad to see the cons mentioned by a few people recently are simply fake and those members are simply trying to make a big ruckus out of some small and petty issues which every organisation faces in day to day working, which is completely fine.
