      Pros

      Basic salary is good for Freshers. Timely clearance of salary and expenses. Quality product.

      Cons

      - Have to work three times more than the salary you are getting - No leave, No holidays. You should work on public holidays also. - Needs meet the clients at home even at night. - No self-authority. Everything deciding by two directors. - Before completing probation, they will ask to transfer to a drastic place or will terminate. - Cheating the joiners by the seniors itself - No DA and TA - DONT JOIN THE COMPANY... BETTER YOU STAY HOME ITSELF

      1.You get the best salary package in the market. 2.You get the recognition from the company in all India level with your parents get honored. 3.Best work culture no threatening from seniors. 4.(Most Imp) Those who leave this company have the tendency to tell the wrong things because they were not capable for the work so they miss guide the rest.

      there are no such kind of cons which has to b given more important...yes when you dont work dont report on time every company comes in this cons area..

      Excellent firm to work...teaches you the basics of Marketing right from the ground level... A lot of emphasis is given on Relationship building which naturally pays off in the end Higher Authority is extremely hardworking and they try to incorporate the same seeds in their team members

      Cons

      I do not see any negative points in this firm...they are the best paymasters in this industry
