      Very good communication with colleagues. Good team and working spirit.

      Cons

      Few benefits, You work as an extern at other companies. It is difficult to evolve when you have no work (poor management).

      Our branch was formed due to a higher demand and worked along the Italian branch, which caused many cultural tensions between the two parties and made work almost impossible to finish on time. Management people proved themselves unable to mediate the two groups and often failed to provide solutions to everyday tasks. Overall a poorly organized company
