I was hired as a superintendent on 10/10/23. Everything we agreed on upon hiring either didn’t come through or was taken away after a few weeks because the boss said they “changed their policies”. I was promised OT and received OT pay for 3 - 4 weeks then it vanished although I was still working OT. The superintendent I was placed on a job with lied about me out of jealousy and when I brought it to their attention they laid me off the following week. I’ve been in the workforce 40 years and I’ve never seen a company like Kirk Erectors. It’s a shame companies like this exist. Other people and future employees should be aware of them. Stay clear of Kirk Erectors.
