They lead by example, holding themselves to the same standards they expect from their employees, which is refreshing in the legal field. They actively ensure that every member of the team has what they need to succeed. The firm offers generous employee benefits and a true work-life balance. If you’ve got a positive attitude, attention to detail, and respect for your work product and the process, then you’ll fit right in.

      I can honestly say there are no “cons” working at this firm.

      Pros

      The partners are experienced, skilled attorneys who really care about creating a collaborative team work environment. The structure of the firm creates incentives for everyone to do their best without the cut-throat, competitive work environment at other firms that results in a poor work-life balance for employees. The attorneys and support staff work together to ensure that client needs are met and desired results are achieved. There is an "all boats rise" mentality that keeps everyone working together to improve the services provided for clients.

      If you do not have a good work ethic or a positive attitude, this firm is not for you.

      Pros

      Excellent company that has evolved overnight! The Partners are great and very intelligent, caring, and Masters of the courtroom. The Associates are young and energetic and brilliant beyond their years. Laid-back work environment where everyone works hard but works together! Excellent benefits! Good work-life balance!

      Cons

      Had to really think about this one but honestly couldn't come up for a reasonable thing to state as a "con", perhaps they need more snack variety?
