      Pros

      Kirksey can be a nice place to work, their office is beautiful inside and out with lots of natural light. They are open to remote working and are flexible when it comes to family commitments.

      Cons

      The company is top heavy, there are over a dozen teams and each team is lead by at least one VP however some teams have as many as three. This leads to over management and since the structure of the company is such that all important decisions are made by the VP's there is little opportunity to gain management experience. If you like open concept offices then this is the place for you, there is no privacy.

      Great people, great work, cares about employees, helps pay for licensing, lots of perks, leader in sustainability, awesome firm culture

      Cons

      I don't really have many bad things to say. I wish I would have gotten an automatic raise when I got licensed but I didn't.

      Fun group of people and lots of small perks like food and events. Lots of smart individuals that contribute meaningfully to the company's success.

      Cons

      Disorganized leadership with no clear vision. No pulse on the competition, okay with being average. Teams are not unified in their approach to running the business, which leads to disparity between groups.
