      Pros

      Excellent support and training for all employees. They have a training center that is out of this world. HR department that always takes employee needs very seriously. Core Value program that encourages employees to step up and take ownership of values and work ethic. This is the most positive start to working with a company I have ever had. Friends and family have noticed a difference in my happiness.

      Cons

      Sometimes a little stressful, but that is part of the body shop world.

      Pros

      I owe the majority of my success in the automotive industry to Kirmac. They gave me the opportunity to develop and excel more quickly than I could have imagined. And with upper management always trying to stay innovative to better the position of the company as a whole, I am very excited for the future success I will share with the team.

      Cons

      Kirmac is a fast pace environment which can be challenging and at times overwhelming. However, once I realized that amount of experienced people I had working with me, I quickly understood I just needed to ask questions and follow up on my tasks. I had to understand that I drive my success and I should not waste time blaming others.
