Pros
Supportive, kind and welcoming team. Kismet’ values are their true North Star. Founding team are incredibly talented and work extremely in sync with each other. Kismet always acknowledge and reward their staff for hard work. Personal / professional growth opportunities are plentiful. Would highly recommend Kismet to anyone.
Cons
Pay is not competitive within the industry (sales specific). The fast paced, busy nature of the company, can create communication issues with some cofounding team members, however this is only an issue when they are your direct lead.
