Pros

- Working with a very professional and talented team

Cons

- The salary is extremely low for industry standards. - There is a lot of overtime which is not paid nor compensated with bonuses - You get gaslighted to think that they are the best option to work for. - After having worked with other companies after leaving, they are not definitely the best option, they are the worst one.

Pros

- Good management. Strong trust between employees and management. - Good work-life balance. Generally doesn't experience crunch time. - Accessible by public transit. - Introverted work environment, which may or may not be a good thing. - Medical benefits.

Cons

- Legacy tech and work practices. - Feels like there are too few developers. Most projects are done solo. - Lack of documentation and the previous point means that there is a steep curve for new employees, especially developers who are inexperienced overall.
