Salary not on time Pathetic behavior from the manager dirty politics in the management no work life balance- can even ask you to wait till 11 or 12 in the night manager wont let you have your lunch no canteen

management doesn't care about your personal life balance if any issue found they want to work 24/7 hrs. lack knowledge with could / architectural level on management. everything they want quick even if solution have issue. senior management are not following standard for junior employee

Cons

salary / hike quit good as per IT for fresher good but it need to work at least 12 hrs
