My coworkers are supportive and enjoyable to work with. I have a good work-life balance. The employee events help build connections across teams. I appreciate the positive and welcoming culture.

Cons

Communication between teams could be improved. Career growth opportunities are not always clear. Workloads can feel uneven at times.

Pros

When I started several years ago, this was a great place to work! The best job and work environment I ever had.

Cons

After a lot of management changes all the way to the top, they lost a lot of things that made it great. Many of these people are self absorbed and don't advocate for the greater good of all employees.
