Toxic atmosphere. Client Services are unapproachable and work as a clique. Micro management is rife. Not all those running 'departments' have the skills necessary to do it effectively. Board management have little idea what's happening on a day to day basis but have the arrogance to believe they know better than those undertaking daily management.

If you work in sales, expect to be given unachievable targets and be slated when nothing comes in. However, also be prepared to be slated when you do deliver a net new customer as you will have defiinitely 'done it wrong'
