Was able to trail multiple skills in the packaging and kitchen facilities Able to develop team work skills, quick decision making, how to manage tasks and time, and learn to be accurate and attention to detail at the same time
Cons
At the beginning since the system remains the same sometimes the teams and knowledge of workplace was assumed common knowledge so had to ask independently to learn Timing of all workers were not always aligned so sometimes beginning of shifts were harder to complete orders
