Pros
This is a really interesting spot to be in if you're interested in food innovation and startups. I loved interacting with all the founders, and there was a constant incoming stream of interesting projects, companies, etc. Lots of variety in tasks and projects, and great peers.
Cons
It can be difficult to finish projects, because there is a ton of excitement around newness and follow-through takes a lot of ongoing management. Some of the positions here have very clear goals (working in the lab, in the shared kitchen, etc), but if you're in a more general role, it can be hard to figure out how to move forward.
