I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Kitestring. When I was hired, I was informed that my employment would not be contingent on the contract I was assigned to. Despite my initial reservations about the company I was contracted to work for, I accepted the position due to the attractive benefits and competitive salary. However, just three months into the job, I was informed by the project manager that the contract was ending, which also meant the termination of my employment. When I inquired about the possibility of transitioning to another contract within Kitestring, I was told that it was unlikely they could assist me and that I should begin searching for other opportunities. This experience has left me feeling misled and unsupported, as the assurances given at the start of my employment were not upheld.
