Pros
Good salary, good facilities, good to be a manager and office staff otherwise you are screwed.. great MD with lot of good views and leadership .
Cons
Very strict, if you join as a production engineer you are same as garment line supervisors you should forget your degree and work to the low level thats what they want. There are 2 categories of emplotess , those who have work will be overloaded and other one is somewhat free and tension free. No career growth can be expected in a short span.
