Pros

Kitt runs an open forum on how the company is performing and growing where everyone is able to contribute- there’s transparency across everything they aim to achieve and what they’re doing to face challenges. A genuine culture of fostering talent and caring about their people. Bring on the front line of a business changing and challenging an established industry. The team at Kitt are incredible and great fun to work with. There’s a huge sense of collaboration over problem solving and new initiatives and the people who work there are all insanely talented, dedicated and great to be around. There’s a lot of hard work but also lots of laughter shared.

Cons

Like any start-up, it’s hard work when you’re building something new. It’s not a con per se, but if you’re not up for that, it will feel difficult.

Don't work here; it isn't worth it.

Pros

Some of the people are great individuals and make working for the company easy on the hard days.

Cons

Advancement is limited unless you’re part of the “inner circle.” There is a clear lack of effort to build a workforce that reflects London’s diversity and there is huge bias. Just look at their public posts and you will see little to no diversification. Unsurprisingly, it remains a serious problem to this day. The HR function has been incredibly poor for over a year, especially when they have such limited practical experience in their HR function. While there are some great individuals at Kitt, overall talent density compared to output is low. The company leans heavily on a handful of key players, giving them inflated salary increases to keep them from leaving rather than fairly rewarding hard work across the board. The most junior staff work tirelessly but receive little in return compared to the higher earners. There has been little real investment in building a positive culture. It is not about free drinks, it is about creating genuine shared experiences. Any attempts to shape company culture do not stick because the people driving them rarely stay long enough to make an impact. Even internally, people have been saying the culture has been in decline for months. The recent surge in cheerful social media posts feels manufactured.

Pros

I’ve been with Kitt since the early stages, and it’s been incredible to see (and be a part of) the company’s growth. From day one, the founders have encouraged innovation, collaboration, and personal development. As the company has scaled, it hasn’t lost its core values, supportive culture, transparency, and strong team spirit. I’ve had the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and grow professionally alongside the business. The team is ambitious, forward-thinking, and genuinely cares about making a positive impact. Some pros: Supportive and visionary leadership Genuine career growth opportunities Collaborative, no-ego team culture Exciting projects and clear sense of purpose

Cons

Growing quickly means a consistent fast pace—you need to be a self-starter to succeed You’re part of something that’s being built, not already built—if you’re not ready to help shape solutions, it may not be the right environment
