Pros
Smart developers and adequate salaries.
Cons
Company and team members barely have any vision or imagination. Reactive versus proactive. Management lacks managerial skills. If you're not on-site, expect to be left out of all decision-making discussions and just get a list of stuff to be done.

- interesting product to work on - lots of great Seniors doing good work
Cons
- really poor leadership and people management - lots of micro management from leadership - no career progression (e.g. role KPI's, performance targets etc) - no user research - unclear mission - copy + paste company values don't really mean anything - people being quietly fired for very little reason
