      Could be better at communicating internal personal career development opportunities. They are there, but you have to seek them out yourself.

      Fun company to work for! Learned an incredible amount, largely a testament to company culture & management styles, which were informed by excellent servant leadership style of c suite.

      Cons

      Were undergoing a lot of major changes in leadership, with impacts on company culture, when I left. Don't know what the company is like today.

      Narcissistic leadership, unprofessional and bad behaviour towards others, quiet office, no co-operation, no competitive advantage.
