* There is regularly too much to do but the CEO understands this and is staffing up accordingly

Pros
Kiverdi is developing an exciting technology in an inventive and collaborative environment. There is a true sense of team work here where everyone pitches in to get the job done. I have worked at several start-ups and Kiverdi definitely has the best environment.
Cons
The only con I could think of is that their benefit package could be better, but they are still growing and are already making plans to improve it by decreasing costs.
