Pros

Working at Kiwi Partners was a great learning opportunity because of the exposure to various types of client environments. I enjoyed the clients that I worked with, and generally felt valued as an employee and as a consultant. Management was always accessible and supportive. I felt encouraged to learn and grow in my role, and the company was accommodating to my requests to take on higher level work. The organization has a great culture and provides employee with fair benefits and salary.

Cons

Due to constantly moving around from client to client it was difficult to feel like a part of a team.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always encouraging our staff to take on more strategic level responsibilities, to not just implement solutions, but to come up with them. We agree that fostering a solid sense of teamwork is challenging with the majority of the staff is out in the field. However, we are constantly looking for smaller scale ways to create that teamwork and the "supportive work environment" that we promote as a core value. In addition to more collaborative meetings, we are planning to hold more in office get-togethers, come up with a client mapping system so that co-workers working near each other can meet for lunch, and monthly in-house training.

Growing pains

Pros

Remote work offers some flexibility.

Cons

Little to no training during the onboarding process and first few weeks. Clients are handed off to new account managers by outgoing employees with very little background or training on their systems. They give too many clients to each account manager, and it is almost impossible to keep up without working long hours and on weekends. Clients can be rude. It can be quite stressful.
