      Pros

      A nice office, has socializing area with complimentary snacks. On the surface it is a "cool" place and co-workers are welcoming.

      Cons

      - Management is dysfunctional, they lack the skills and experience needed for leadership on a large scale production. The results are as expected. - There is no job security, entire teams can be ousted without warning. - Low job satisfaction. Personal contributions don't feel validated.
