      Not a lot of benefits & pay is very low compared to other coffee shops (Starbucks & Coffee Bean) and work is very fast paced & doesn’t match pay

      Pros

      Best of the Best Coffee and training. Senior Management Inspires. They are always looking to grow and improve. High standards make amazing teams. Opening new stores and growing fast so lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Like any company there are weaknesses but Senior Management not afraid to address them and move forward! So no cons from me.

      bad management, training used to be long and that was a good thing but now the baristas are untrained
