Amazing company culture. Supportive management. Interactive experiences offered for professional and personal development. The only way not to be successful here is by not putting forth the effort to succeed. Generous benefits and compensation package. The perks are definitely great, but the team makes the job!
Cons
Team works on different time zones. In order to collaborate, have to be great at time management and scheduling. Klatch makes it easy though with offering great work hours and meeting times to help everyone succeed.
