      Great teammates who try to make the best out of a bad situation

      Cons

      toxic and dishonest management you need to smile/look happy constantly or you are called out by management employee feedback of any kind is frowned upon and seen as "not Klaxoon" bare bones benefits

      Great location and decent customer service ( when the rare call comes in or appointment isn’t blown off)

      Cons

      Toxic ,cult like environment that rewards sheep. There is no honest forecasting anywhere in the US side of things. There is no fundamental understanding of how to sell or pitch this “nice to have” not need to have product in the US. Management was atrocious and frankly unable to deliver in regard to training, adjusting to the new US market and hiring real sales professionals. I see no success with sales in the US, only customer service (currently over staffed by at least 50%} and maybe marketing/PR.

      Good customer success team to support sales. Great coffee machines and lounge area.

      Cons

      Sect like culture packaged as a Team Love-In. Salaries below average across the board with laughable commissions, under 3k per quarter on target. No stock option or bonuses. High turnover and overtime is expected of you, free. Under 10% of reps attain target.
