      Friendly colleagues but strict management expectations

      Pros

      The colleagues are very friendly. They are not very strict about working hours and the system is lenient.

      Cons

      My boss was not that friendly, she was a bit strict and she wanted everything on time which was said and would also text me outside my working hours.

      Great place for improving your knowledge. Tech savvy company, still only once a week office policy

      Cons

      Very high expectations with zero returns, no promotions, not even 1% salary increase in many years which is quite demotivating, yet the expectations are as if you work for FANG
